Everyday AI Finds ("we," "us") is operated by Siviona Works LLC. This page explains what information we collect, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect

• Newsletter sign-up: if you subscribe, we collect your email address. It's stored and sent through Brevo, our email service provider, and used only to send the newsletter you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• Prompt requests: if you use the "Can't find the prompt you need?" box, we save what you wrote and the page you sent it from. An email address is optional: we use it only to tell you about your request, and to add you to the weekly email if you tick that box. We also keep a one-way scrambled code made from your connection, never your actual IP address, only to stop spam. Please don't include personal details in your request.
• Standard site data: like most websites, our server and hosting provider (Hostinger) automatically log basic technical information (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and performance purposes. We don't use this to identify individual visitors.
• Traffic statistics: we count page views and clicks on product and tool links with a cookie-free method built into this site. We do not store IP addresses or set tracking cookies. To see which countries our readers are in, each page view also keeps a two-letter country code, taken from the region of your browser's language setting (for example "GB" from en-GB) or from a country the hosting network supplies; the code is stored without your IP address. A one-way code that changes every day lets us count unique visitors without identifying anyone or following them from one day to the next. We honor "Do Not Track" and Global Privacy Control signals and never share this data with third-party analytics or advertising companies.
• Games: the Play pages (like "Scam or Not?") keep your score and streak only in your own browser, on your device. When you finish a puzzle the site adds one anonymous count (which puzzle, how many you got right, and whether it was your first day or a later one), with no name, email, cookie or IP address. The other games (Real or AI?, Spot the Fake Link, Odd One Out, Memory Match, Spot the Difference, Picture Puzzle) send nothing at all: your best score stays on your device.
• Cookies: we use minimal cookies necessary for the site to function, plus the affiliate-tracking cookies described below. We don't run third-party advertising cookies.

Affiliate links

As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases made through links on this site. Clicking a product link takes you to Amazon, which has its own privacy policy governing what it collects. We don't receive any personal information about your Amazon purchase — only that a sale occurred, for commission purposes.

We also partner with some software and deal sites through Impact.com, an affiliate network. Our pages load Impact's tracking script, which may set cookies so that a purchase made after clicking one of our links can be credited to us. Impact's own privacy policy governs that data. If your browser sends a "Do Not Track" or Global Privacy Control signal, we don't load this script.

How we use information

We use the information above only to operate the site: sending the newsletter to subscribers, keeping the site secure and running, and understanding overall (not individual) traffic patterns.

Sharing

We don't sell your information. It's shared only with the service providers that help us run the site — Brevo (email), Hostinger (hosting), and Impact.com (affiliate tracking, as described above) — solely to provide those services.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from the newsletter anytime via the link in any email we send.
• Contact us to request what information we hold about you, or to ask us to delete it.
