Test 01 — "Stairs vs Elevator" (Old way vs AI way) The idea: Two people, same heavy box, same goal (the top platform). One takes the stairs (THE OLD WAY). One takes the glass elevator (THE AI WAY). She is at the top sipping coffee while he is still a third of the way up. Readable with no sound, no text, one clear payoff at the end. Drop every file you download into this folder: start.png, end.png, kling.mp4, flow.mp4 Step 1 — ChatGPT: the START frame Open a new chat in ChatGPT, paste this, ask for portrait 9:16: Create a vertical 9:16 image. Style: minimalist 3D render in a soft matte clay style, warm light-grey seamless studio, soft diffused top light, gentle soft shadows, muted calm palette, stylized adult characters with smooth simplified faces, cinematic and clean, generous empty space in the top fifth of the frame. Scene: on the left half, a tall plain light-concrete staircase of about 20 steps rises from the floor up to a high platform near the top of the frame. On the right half, a slim modern glass elevator shaft rises to the same platform; its glass doors are open at floor level. The man is only about one third of the way up the stairs, hunched over, struggling with his heavy box. No text, no letters, no logos. Save as end.png. Step 3A — Kling (klingai.com, free daily credits) Image to Video → upload start.png as the first frame. Turn on End frame → upload end.png. Aspect 9:16, mode Standard, duration 10s (use 5s if free credits don't cover 10s). Prompt: Static camera, no camera movement. The woman steps into the glass elevator, the doors close, and the elevator glides smoothly upward to the top platform. She steps out, sets her box down and sips her coffee. Meanwhile the man slowly climbs the stairs one step at a time carrying the heavy box, straining and pausing to catch his breath. Smooth natural motion, consistent characters, calm minimalist mood. Negative prompt (if there's a box for it): text, letters, logos, camera shake, zoom, morphing, extra limbs, distorted faces, flicker, blur Download → save as kling.mp4. Step 3B — Google Flow (labs.google/flow, free daily credits) — same test, to compare New project → Frames to Video. First frame start.png, last frame end.png, aspect 9:16. Paste the same prompt as Kling. Download → save as flow.mp4. (Veo adds its own sound; we'll replace it.) Step 4 — Finishing (Claude does this) Tell Claude the clips are in this folder. Claude will add: EVERYDAY AI FINDS small at the top THE OLD WAY / THE AI WAY labels under each character, appearing in the last ~3 seconds a calm music bed (you pick a track from YouTube Audio Library or CapCut) exports for TikTok / Reels / Shorts / Facebook (1080x1920) Step 5 — Caption (all platforms) Same box. Same goal. Different way up. You don't have to do everything the hard way anymore. AI won't do the work for you, but it will carry more of the load.
